Lyne Marie Germain supports leaders from all walks of life in their public and private communications.
Lyne Marie Germain is a strategic communication consultant certified in positive intelligence. Since 2008, she has worked with executives and managers in companies or organizations. Co-Founder of Positive Leadership Activation with Thomas Kinsey, P.Eng. Ph.D., she offers leaders the opportunity to increase their impact in leadership through communication with a unique approach based on her skills in Positive Intelligence, strategic communication, and certification with psychometric tools such as TRIMA and AtmanCo. She previously had a 25-year career as a journalist and manager at Radio-Canada and served as a coach and head of the speakers' committee for TEDxQuébec from 2014 to 2020.


Sophie F. Marcil, MA, CRHA
Ms. Marcil has worked for over 20 years in organizations within the field of human resources management (HRM), primarily in the development of skills and best practices in HRM. Additionally, she has acquired extensive experience over the years in developing skills related to excellence in customer service. For more than 10 years, she has dedicated herself to supporting and developing business leaders and their teams, primarily in Quebec. She is TRIMA certified.
Ms. Marcil possesses strong expertise in coaching, facilitating, and leading training sessions and workplace interventions across various industries. She also has a vast professional network that she readily leverages for the benefit of her clients. She is a partner at Positive Leadership Activation.

Thomas Kinsey, P.Eng., Ph.D.
Co-Founder of Positive Leadership Activation with Lyne Marie Germain, Thomas Kinsey is certified in AtmanCo psychometrics. As an engineer, he observed how the quality of communication and leadership within a company impacts the productivity and well-being of teams. In engineering, it is common for individuals initially in technical roles to move into management positions after a few years of experience. Thomas realized that, for himself and many of his colleagues, managing people is often more complex than expected, hence the importance for engineers to seek additional tools. Positive Leadership Activation is an online training company whose objective is to provide these tools through support and training in communication and positive leadership.

Faïza Zaoui
Certified professional coach, Faïza ZAOUI brings to companies over 25 years of experience in coaching, professional training and inclusive leadership development.
Engaged for more than three decades in intercultural dialogue, Faïza has led internationally-focused initiatives in Europe, North America, the Middle East and the Maghreb. She has notably collaborated on programs supported by the European Union, Columbia Business School and the University of Cambridge, promoting intercultural exchange, cooperation and skills development.
Recognized for her expertise in intercultural and emotional intelligence, Faïza is certified in using the EQ-i 2.0 psychometric tool. She designs and facilitates customized interactive workshops aimed at supporting teams and individuals in their transformation to strengthen their intercultural intelligence and develop authentic, inclusive and sustainable professional relationships.
